Time for our What We Love #21 ♥ We absolutely love the fall time, but sometimes it can get a little depressing in weather. Constant gloomy and rainy days can bring a damper to our mood, so we like to turn to Pinterest for inspiring pictures (and the occasional scenic beach picture haha) to lift us up. We have been inspired by lots of pretty, creative, and yummy things this week and today we share our favorites with you… ♥
Marion: Loui Jover; Pen and Ink Drawing “Metropolitain”
Valeria: Hola! Bear by Alex Alferink
Vanessa: Edible Typography Macarons
Juan: Painting by John Singer Sargent
Shannen: Chunky Knits
We hope you have enjoyed our “most loved” pins this week. We would love to know what you have been loving most this week. Sometimes when we’re feeling down, there’s nothing like getting creative and then feeling inspired!

It’s time for this week’s What We Love ♥ Firstly, we cannot believe that it’s already our 20th post…time really does fly when you’re having fun!! We truly have loved sharing our What We Loves with all of you, and hope that you had been enjoying them too. We love every color imaginable, but there is something so pure and calming about white. There is a wonderful simplicity to keeping a room completely neutral, with pops of color in accent accessories – fresh, clean, and uplifting. This feeling of serenity and pureness has translated in the things we love most this week, such as this stunning botanical alphabet design and these adorable white pumpkins. On to what else we have loved most… ♥
Valeria: Fox Terrier
Marion: Botanical Alphabet on Behance
Vanessa: White Pumpkins
Juan: Paisa Carriel Satchel
Shannen: DIY Fruit Costumes
We hope we have inspired you with this week’s post. Be sure to check out our Pinterest to see even more inspiration, and all the other things we love (but couldn’t fit in…trust us, we have a difficult time each week choosing just one!). And remember simplicity at its best! As the forever stylish Coco Chanel said, “I always take off at least one piece of jewelry before I leave the house…to ensure I am not ‘overdoing it'” – sometimes less truly is more ♥

Hi everyone,
Happy Thursday!! It’s been rainy and gloomy today, so we are playing some rain-inspired (but empowering!) songs in the office to lift our spirits. We are also excited about this week’s Winsday because we are giving away an Imaginarium FQ bundle on our Facebook Page. Be sure to head on over there to enter if you haven’t yet! :)
Time for this week’s Thankful Thursday, featuring an amazing, geek chic fashion and style blog… Set to Stunning!! Set to Stunning is run by cosplay friends Lindz and Scruffy who decided to create a blog in 2012 devoted to geek girl fashion, geek chic products and accessories, DIY projects (DIY Fridays), event interviews, and so much more! They both have a passion for all things Star Wars, Batman, cosplay, and cats that they now share on their ever-growing blog! Both girls were not fashionable types growing up, but found a love for it with being able to express their fandoms in geek chic style. As well, you’ll find them at all the major “con” events, such as San Diego Comic Con, WonderCon, and Comikaze. Their motto is “geek chic style for your alter ego” which definitely sums up the awesomeness that is their blog!
Up with all the latest trends in geek chic style, they’re always sharing new products and cool finds on their blog. In one of their latest “Picks of the Week“, they featured some of our licensed fabrics as a round-up to fabrics that would be perfect for DIY creations. So cool! They especially love our DC Comics Collection, Superman Collection, Star Wars Collection, and our latest Girl Power II Collection. As well, they’ve used our collections in their past DIYs!
We want to thank the girls from Set to Stunning for the wonderful fabric feature; we really appreciate it and are so happy you love our collections! You can also find more from Set to Stunning on their Facebook Page, Instagram, and of course, their blog. As well, you can find the fabric collections they mentioned on our website. Have a great day!

It’s time for our What We Love ♥ This week, we have definitely been inspired by the autumnal weather and all things Fall – rustic decor, richer colors, and comforting foods. With the cooler weather upon us, we have been enjoying staying indoors and snuggling up with a good book & some tea. We’ve also been enjoying all the outdoor festivities that Fall has to offer – apple picking, pumpkin picking, corn mazes, walks in the park, and jumping in leaves. There truly is something magical and indescribable about Autumn. Now on to what we love… ♥
Marion: Diana Vreeland Quote
Vanessa: Pumpkin Pie
Shannen: Sherlock (aka Benedict Cumberbatch)
Juan: Rustic Wood Frame Mirror
Valeria: Badger Print by Stephanie Cole Design
We hope we have inspired you with our What We Love this week. Be sure to head on over to our Pinterest Boards for lots more of our fall-inspired loves. We would love to know what you have been loving most lately ♥

Hi everyone,
Happy Thursday!! We hope you are all having a wonderful day so far. We are getting excited for the long weekend as it will be Canadian Thanksgiving. Our tummies are rumbling just thinking about all the delicious food – pumpkin pie, turkey, cranberry sauce, and of course, mashed potatoes! YUM!!
It’s time for this week’s Thankful Thursday! Today we are featuring Quilters’ Digest, a fantastic full-color newspaper that is published four times a year, and is exclusively available in quilt shops. Quilters’ Digest is dedicated to providing up-to-date and forecasting information, inspiration, & ideas for the quilting hobbyists. Each issue features free patterns, readers’ quilt projects, fascinating fabric-related books, new fabric collections, & some other tips, tricks, and facts!
Readers can also contribute their thoughts and ideas to the column features, and provide feedback on what they would like to see next. It’s such a great source for up-to-date information for fabric enthusiasts, and best of all? It’s free!
Quilters’ Digest chose to feature our Girl Power II Collection in their latest issue (Issue #11), in their “New Fabric Collections” section, and we were so pleasantly surprised! It’s always fun seeing our collections being shared with fellow fabric enthusiasts, and seeing what everyone thinks. Quilters’ Digest wrote up a little feature on our Girl Power II collection saying that “this action-packed 14-piece collection will be a knock-out for the super hero girls in your life” – so cute, and we couldn’t agree more!
Thank you so much to Quilters’ Digest for the wonderful collection feature. We are so happy that you enjoy our Girl Power II Collection and have chosen to feature it in your latest issue. You can find Quilters’ Digest at most local quilt shops; you can find a store locator list HERE. You can also see our full Girl Power II Collection on our website. Have a super day, everyone! :)
