It’s also time for our Fan Friday! What a great way to end another fantastic week, the first official week of Summer! And just in time for summertime, we are featuring an awesome Etsy Shop today….Vintage Divinities! Vintage Divinities, a really fun clothing Etsy Shop by Martha Godinez, is dedicated to vintage-inspired pieces such as crop tops, printed shirts, skater skirts, floral crowns, and tulle skirts! All of the items are handmade with love, and all done in really bright and festival-inspired prints and colors.

When we saw this crop top with our Star Wars fabric, we had a moment!! We absolutely adore how fun and modern this top is, with a Star Wars twist. And because it is Summer, we are all about comfort and casualwear…while still being put together and on-trend, and this is the perfect top for that. It would be great with a high-waisted pair of shorts or tulle skirt – so cute!

It’s Father’s Day this weekend, so we thought we’d share our Top 6 Last Minute Father’s Day Gift Ideas (with tutorials) for you all! Dads: the guy who taught us how to ride a bike, makes the best burgers and grilled veggies (yum!), “showed” us how to change a tire (though, we still need him for that…haha), took us for ice cream and let us have that extra scoop, and has supported & loved us unconditionally. We had gotten such incredible and positive feedback on all of our past Star Wars collections, we knew we just had to bring you another one! And we really hope you enjoy this one just as much. Star Wars III brings back all of your favorite characters again with another out-of-this-world collection! This collection has a very cool, classic vibe to it with its red, blue, and black colorway and vintage poster skus.

Star Wars III correlates really well with our past Star Wars collections, for those who were huge fans, but this one has an added modern twist with some “oomf” that we hope you like. It’s sporty and vibrant, showcases all your favorite characters, and is the perfect addition to any Star Wars enthusiasts’ fabric collection. We can imagine a fun Star Wars tote or room décor, but the possibilities are endless. What would you make with our Star Wars III collection? It’s time to announce our Star Wars fabric giveaway winner today! We hosted a glow-in-the-dark Star Wars fabric giveaway in honor of May the 4th, and the response was outstanding! We adore our fellow Star Wars enthusiasts. We asked you who your favorite Star Wars character was, and you delivered! We got a great mix of characters, but Chewbacca, Yoda, and Han Solo were definite faves! Thank you to everyone who participated and for all your fantastic comments.

Happy Monday!! We hope everyone had a lovely weekend, and a fantastic May the 4th!! Also – Happy Cinco de Mayo to those who celebrate. Have you entered our Glow-in-the-dark Star Wars Fabric Giveaway yet? There’s still time to enter!!

To start off a brand-new week, we have our Moody Monday! Today we are sharing our Angry Birds Star Wars fabric collection with you all. Yesterday was Star Wars Day, so we wanted to carry on the celebrations into the week by showcasing one of our Star Wars collections. In fact, Star Wars Day had become so popular that May 5th was jokingly pronounced “Revenge of the Fifth” (A play on the Star Wars’ movie “Revenge of the Sith”). On this day, Star Wars fans let their “evil sides” shine through by celebrating the Sith Lords and evil villains from Star Wars.

I guess that could definitely correlate with our Angry Birds Star Wars collection, as the Angry Birds are the Rebels & the Piggies are the Empire! The original Angry Birds game was launched in 2009, and have since accounted for over 2 billions downloads worldwide across all platforms. Since its launch, its popularity has led to game merchandise, collaborations, and future film & television ventures making it the largest mobile app success right now!

The game is actually so much fun, and even more addicting…and Star Wars decided to get on board in 2012. They created a collaborative Angry Birds Star Wars game, and from its success, an Angry Birds Star Wars II the following year. The game includes all of your favorite Star Wars characters, including Luke Skywalker Bird as Red, Han Solo Bird as Chuck, Chewbacca Bird as Terrence, Princess Leia Bird as Stella, and Stormtrooper Pigs! We created a concurrent Angry Birds Star Wars Fabric Collection to correlate with the game, the characters, and its success! The collection is bold and vibrant, including all of your favorite characters in action.
