Hi everyone,
Happy Friday! I hope everyone had a wonderful week. Who’s ready for weekend? I surely am! The weather is supposed to be pretty milk, so I’m thinking a trip to the farmer’s market sounds like the perfect weekend adventure :)
Time to our week with our Fan Friday! Today we are featuring a stunning bag, sewn by Erin Morris of Diedelbug Handmade, featuring our Nightfall Collection. Nightfall is our gorgeous black and white collection, featuring metallic gold designs. From dots to chevrons to herringbone, our Nightfall Collection is sure to glam up any project that comes your way! A stay-at-home mommy to two boys, Erin is also a craft and sewing enthusiast, who loves to make things for her boys. She also has a Facebook shop, Diedelbug Handmade, where she sews custom purses, bags, wallets and clutches. As well, she sells some patterns on Craftsy!
Erin decided to create a convertible Glenda Clutch by Swoon Sewing Patterns, using our black and gold, tassel design from Nightfall. We love the use of Nightfall, as an accessory, because it can really pop against a neutral outfit and be that added “oomph”. We love that the inside is just as pretty, such a fun surprise!
Thank you so much, Erin, for the fabric love and for sharing your clutch with us on Instagram! You can find more from Erin on her Facebook Page, Craftsy, and Instagram. You can always send your Camelot Fabric project pictures our way, either by email or on Instagram. We LOVE seeing them, and you could be featured next! Have an awesome weekend, everyone!

Hi everyone,
Happy Friday!! I hope you all had a great week. Ending our week with a rainy, gloomy day…but at least it’s above O°C, and the following week is supposed to be lovely :)
It’s time for this week’s Fan Friday! Today we are featuring a fantastic Easter project we found on Instagram, that Lish Dorset made. She created an awesome Easter basket, filled with yummy goodies, using our Star Wars Comic Strip fabric!! This basket would be the BEST kind of Easter basket for any Star Wars enthusiast, including the boy that she made it for. And our Star Wars patch-like design was a great choice, because even on its own, it’s fun and bright for a project.
Thank you so much for the tag, Lish! And thank you for the fabric love. We always love seeing projects, so if you use one of our collections or free projects, we’d love to see! You can tag us on Instagram, like Lish, or send us a picture at info@camelotfabrics.com. Have an awesome weekend!!

Hi everyone,
Happy Friday!! We hope everyone is having a fantastic day. Easter is this weekend, and we are excitedly getting ready for Mr. Easter Bunny to arrive. Decorating eggs and baking cookies! Yum yum! :)
Fan Friday time!! Today we are featuring an adorable Let’s Go Quilt by Perry’s Plate, that we found on Instagram. Perry’s Plate is a wonderful food blog run by Natalie, who shares her favorite paleo recipes. She is passionate about feeding her family healthy foods, and lives a mostly paleo lifestyle. Her blog has been featured many times, including LDS Living, Gourmet Live, and being the blog of the month on Jamie Oliver’s Food Revolution site. On top of being a blogger, she is a mom of 4 and loves to sew!
She recently shared her Let’s Go Quilt, that she made for her newest little boy, and we just had to share! The quilt is adorable, but I mean…her son makes the picture haha. Too cute!!
Thank you for the fabric love, Natalie!! You can find more from her on her blog, Facebook, and Instagram. And with that, have an incredible Easter weekend!

Hi everyone,
Happy Fri-YAY!! We hope you all are having a great day. We are definitely looking forward to the weekend. Woot woot! We’re also giving away a Coraline FQ bundle this week, so be sure to head on over to our Facebook Page to enter.
It’s time to our week with our Fan Friday! Today we are featuring some stunning dresses made by Lucy Made, with our Beyond the Backyard by Jane Farnham Collection. Lucy Made is a blog by a creative gal named Lucy, who shares her love affair for fabric, wool, and sewing on her blog. She is inspired by color and pattern, creating with a sewing machine named Daphne – how fantastic!
Lucy Made made a couple of Geranium dresses (by madebyrae) for her friend’s little girls, using our Beyond the Backyard by Jane Farnham Collection, and they are just the sweetest. Big sister got a tunic-style dress with cap-sleeves and pockets, featuring a more bold, floral print from Beyond the Backyard. A sleeveless option, with a fuller skirt and a pink design, was chosen for the little sister. Both are just as adorable, and we hope the girls enjoyed their new outfits as much as we do! Lucy did such an amazing job making these dresses…we wish there were adult sizes in these hehe.
We also had a Geranium Dress made up in-house, with our Pastel Me More Collection, so we thought we’d also share it here. This dress truly is so versatile, and looks uber cute in both bold and soft prints.
Thank you so much, Lucy, for the fabric love!! We found your adorable dresses on Jane Farnham’s blog and just had to share. Too much cuteness!! (ps: congrats on the bundle on the way!) You can find more from Lucy on her blog, twitter, and flickr. Have an amazing weekend, everyone!

Hi everyone,
Happy Friday!! Happy First Day of Spring!! And…it’s International Day of Happiness! The sun is out and bright, we’re surrounded by a fabric wonderland, and there’s lots of laughter in the office – it’s definitely looking to be an extra fantastic day!
Starting off Spring right with our Fan Friday! Today we are featuring a stunning quilt by Jenni Berg Sews, featuring our Paisley Please by Jackie McFee Collection. Jenni Berg, of Jenni Berg Sews, is a fiber artist and quilting instructor from Pocatello, Idaho. Jenni is passionate about what she does, adores quality fabrics that are bright and bold, and enjoys interesting techniques. Aside from teaching, Jenni also creates and sells quilts on her Etsy Shop. All of her quilts are fun and happy, and she also does custom orders. Jenni shares her latest works on her Instagram, where we found the beginnings of her Paisley Please Quilt!
We were so in awe with each design she created, 9 in total, so it was just magical seeing the finished quilt come to life! Each “square” is completely different, almost like individual mini quilts, but they work so wonderfully together to create one masterpiece. And the vibrant orange and purple hues in our Paisley Please Collection just pop, and make for a really unique and modern quilt. We could really tell how much love and talent went into this quilt!
Thank you so much, Jenni, for sharing your Paisley Please Quilt with us, and for the fabric love. We are so happy you enjoyed working with our Paisley Please Collection. You can check out more from Jenni Berg on her blog, Facebook Page, Instagram, and Etsy Shop. So much happiness in one post, it’s the perfect way to end the week!
