Happy Thursday! I hope you are all having a wonderful day. We are having another lovely and sunshine-filled afternoon! We are starting to count down the days until Spring Quilt Market, which is about three weeks away!! We are super excited! We are going to be at booth 1425, so be sure to stop by and say hello if you see us! :)

To get us all the Spring mood, we have got our Thankful Thursday to share with you all. Today we are featuring Audrey & Diane of The Cloth Parcel, one of our quilt designers, who created the amazing Tumbling Jewels Quilt for us. Audrey and Diane are the creative duo behind The Cloth Parcel, and they also happen to be a mother-daughter team! The Cloth Parcel is an online shop dedicated to quilting, sewing, and crafting supplies, including quilt patterns & kits. As well, they have an accompanying blog with craft ideas, sewing techniques, project ideas, and so much more!

Tumbling Jewels is an absolutely stunning quilt design, and as the name suggests, makes the quilt look like it is “dripping in jewels”. A combination of triangles and squares pieced together, Tumbling Jewels fits perfectly with our Penelope Collection. Although a mixture of different prints and designs, the coordinating colors allow for a seamless look.

This is going to be one of our featured quilts at Spring Quilt Market, and we are so thrilled because it is going to be a “wow” piece! The girls at The Cloth Parcel sewed this quilt for us, and featured it on their blog. We are going to be getting it in the mail any day now, but seeing the pictures makes us all that more excited!! It definitely screams “fresh and springtime happiness” to us…we just cannot to see it in person!

Thank you SO much to the lovely ladies at The Cloth Parcel for creating a spectacular quilt design for us, and for taking the time to sew the physical quilt. It is just breathtaking! Happy Tuesday! We hope everyone is having a lovely day. It’s rainy and dreary here today, but you know what they say…April Showers bring May Flowers! But for now, to brighten our day we still have our Bright Now Giveaway going on! Today is the last day to enter, so if you haven’t yet – be sure to here!

Today we are bringing to you another stunning quilt tutorial for this week’s How To’s Day! The quilt design we are sharing with you is Quilt Bars by Tammy Silvers of Tamarinis – a simplistic, yet fresh and versatile quilt that works with a multitude of different fabric designs.

The clean cut lines of this quilt design by Tammy give a very modern and geometrically pleasing look, perfect to showcase coordinating fabric colors and patterns. For this tutorial, we have used our Mint Condition by Jackie McFee Collection and the mint & grey patterns compliment each other perfectly in this quilt!

This would be a great quilt to gift, for both genders and any age! We can imagine this quilt with some soft pastels for a “baby’s first quilt” or this quilt in dark navy hues for a boy quilt. Happy Monday! We hope everyone had a restful weekend. It is officially the last day of March! We are thrilled for the upcoming warmer days without layers, the patches of green grass starting to peak through, and the little creatures coming out of hibernation. Easter is also coming up, and we are super excited to start working on all our pastel-infused, springtime projects!

It’s time for this week’s Moody Monday! Today we are inspiring you with our Pepsi by the Camelot Design Studio Collection. Imagine sitting by the pool in a large wide-brimmed hat and favorite novel, soaking up the sun’s warm rays…listening to the giddy children playing and the cool water splashing all around you. Starting to feel a little sticky from the sun, you reach into your fully stocked cooler and open up a refreshing can of…that’s right, Pepsi. There is honestly nothing quite like it. Can you tell we are just a little bit excited for warmer weather? :)

Yup, that’s right! Your iconic blue and red drink is now in fabric form! We have taken your favorite drink print and put a modern, vintage twist to it! Keeping the red and blue hues prominent, but adding a fun and charming flair…our Pepsi fabric collection is perfect for all the Pepsi enthusiasts who also love to sew and craft. Imagine a flirty, Pepsi-printed skirt or a matching Pepsi-printed bowtie and pocket square? Very fresh and playful! :)

In 2012, Christian Cota had collaborated with Diet Pepsi to create a capsule collection of Diet Pepsi-inspired pieces throughout the decades. There were a total of five inspired pieces including an adorable shift dress, a couple of maxis, a fun pair of capris, and a classic blue and red pullover. All the pieces used classic Pepsi prints and were inspired by fashion elements through the years. The preview also included unlimited Diet Pepsi for the guests, Pepsi-inspired straws, and décor in the classic red and blue colors! It is such a fun and beautiful collection, and gives us lots of inspiration of what to create with our Pepsi fabric collection!
