Happy Monday! We hope you all had a wonderful Valentine’s Day weekend, sharing the day with your loved ones…and eating lots of yummy chocolates. We are also hosting our Felt Giveaway on our Facebook Page this week, so be sure to enter!

Kicking off another week with our Moody Monday! We launched our Winter 2015 Collections last week, and have been so inspired by all the beautiful prints and colors. We’re sharing with you our Darling Collection by the Camelot Design Studio today. Darling is girly and sweet with feminine hues of rose, navy, and grey. Complete in pretty florals and soft geometrics, Darling is the epitome of dainty and grace. Our “Darling” girl would be enjoying a lovely afternoon at high tea with her girlfriends, complete in a floral skirt, bow kitten heels, and cat eye sunnies. So chic and so feminine!

Alberta Ferretti’s Spring 2015 RTW Collection is absolutely breathtaking! We would describe it as “feminine and boho-inspired” with its floral prints, fringe details, and flow-y textures. The looks were completed with loose, beachy waves and dewy skin/pink lips. We especially adored the floral cutout designs – the tone and tone floral prints were incredibly beautiful, and reminded us of our Darling Collection. Such an exquisite collection, we would definitely happily wear any of Ferretti’s pieces (one can dream!).

Happy Friday!! We hope you are having a fantastic of the week. Does anyone have any plans for the weekend? It’s supposed to be raining tomorrow, but that is not stopping us from taking this last opportunity for apple and pumpkin picking, before the season is officially over. So excited!! Time to end another great week with our Fan Friday!! Today we are featuring Pillow Loft Home Decor who creates fabulous pillows and home decor accessories for all your interior decorating needs! From bolster pillows to decorative pillows to curtain valances, they’ve got everything you need to make any space super stylish. Cheryl Britton is the owner and creative mind behind Pillow Loft Home Decor, a business idea that sparked from a young age. Cheryl would sell her handmade potholders door-to-door as an elementary school girl, and her love for creating things only sparked as an adult. Together with a business background and a passion for creating, she decided to start her Etsy Shop. She had already been making her own valances and pillows for her own home, so it was a perfect avenue for her to start something new. Cheryl loves all types of fabric styles, from nature-inspired prints to florals to more contemporary patterns. And to top it all off, one of her pillows has been featured in Good Housekeeping!!

Cheryl chose our Design Studio Collection for her Bolster Pillow, and it looks amazing. The wonderful grey and yellow chevrons design would be a perfect accent pillow for any neutral living room or bedroom space – a subdued way for some color pop! All of her creations are of amazing handmade quality and this pillow is no exception. We love that the pillow insert is included with it too, so no need for searching for a “right fit”.

It’s Day FOUR of our Spring 2014 Collections Launch Week, and we are sharing two more beautiful collections with you all! The first one we are sharing with is Cove by Camelot Design Studio.

Cove reminds of a cool, summer breeze by the ocean or lake. The colours of light blue, sand, and taupe are subdued and soft, making the palette very pretty and ethereal. You know that peaceful feeling you get when you are by the ocean, with just the perfect amount of breeze, breathing in the fresh, salty air? That’s what Cove reminds us of. We could take a calm, relaxing vacation…or create some lovely projects – decorated in fun hexagons, fretworks, and ikats – with Cove. We can imagine a delicate shrug, some pillows for a beach-themed room, or a calming quilt for the bedroom. So many possibilities!

It’s Day THREE of Our Spring 2014 Collections Launch Week!! Today we are bringing to you two more wonderful collections from the Camelot Design Studio. The first collection we are sharing with you is called Kate!

Kate is sophisticated and classy, and reminds us of an elegant rooftop party during the Summer. The warm hues of this collection – grapefruit, mustard, and indigo – give this geo-printed collection a very modern, on-trend feel. The collection is decorated in pretty geometrics – ogee, tile, chevron, and lattice prints make Kate playful, yet classic. We can imagine a beautiful shift dress & clutch for a modern wedding or dinner event, and a matching tie or bow for your date. Kate is the perfect compliment to your next after-work affair!
