Hi everyone!
Happy Thursday! I hope everyone is having a fantastical day!! Not sure if you saw yesterday’s post, but we’re hosting another Winsday! This week, we’re giving away a Sea Life FQB on our Facebook Page – so go enter now!! ;)
Saying some “thank yous” today with our Thankful Thursday! Today we are featuring another awesome quilt shop, Fabric Mill, who love Camelot Fabrics. Fabric Mill is a quilt shop located in Orem, Utah and has been up & running since 1972. They are a combination quilt shop and fabric store, so they are a one-stop shop for all of your quilting and sewing needs! As well, they have quilt kits, tutorials, and cool patterns available. Though they got their start in the 70s, they’re up-to-date with the latest fabric trends, love bright colors, and are big fans of social media.
One collection they particularly adore is our Wildflowers by Alisse Courter Collection, from Fall 2014. Wildflowers is our feminine floral collection of luscious pink, chartreuse, and grey hues. The floral patterns are ethereal and soft, and make for the perfect palette for a girly quilt or dress.
Fabric Mill featured our Wildflowers Collection on their blog, which included very sweet words. Along with some lust-worthy pictures of Wildflowers & coordinating Mixology, they also shared their favorite Camelot Fabrics free projects.
Thank you for the fabric love, Fabric Mill! If you are in the Ohio are, be sure to check them out. You can find more from them on their website, blog, Facebook Page, Twitter, and Pinterest. Have a lovely day!

Hi everyone,
Happy Tuesday! I hope you all are having a great day. If you haven’t seen yet, we’ve launched three collections yesterday – Star Wars: Immortals, Marvel: Immortals, and DC Comics: Immortals. Yup, all of our bestselling designs from our past collections are BACK!
Time for this week’s How To’s Day! Today we are featuring a gorgeous duffel bag pattern, the Dallas Vintage Duffel by Swoon Patterns. We had the duffel made up in-house with our Botanical by Alisse Courter Collection, and are obsessed with our duffel! We love that it is over-sized because it makes for a perfect weekender bag, or for travelling. Travelling may not always be the most thrilling thing, but the Dallas Vintage Duffel will at least put you at ease when you’re waiting for your suitcases. Yours won’t be the drab, dark one! ;)
The duffel’s pattern was wonderful to follow along to, and the outcome is a structured bag you’ll use for years to come! With our Botanical Collection, it gives the duffel a fantastic vintage vibe. Soo in love with this one!
You can find the pattern to make your own Dallas Vintage Duffel on Swoon Patterns. Another stunning bag from Alicia of Swoon Patterns! You can also find more from Swoon Patterns on Facebook, Pinterest, and Instagram. Have a fantastic day!

Hi everyone,
Happy Thursday! We hope you are all having a fantastic day so far!! There’s one more day until Spring, and we can’t wait!! Want to know something else that’s sweet? Today is National Chocolate Caramel Day. Um, yes it’s a thing. I mean, chocolate and caramel are delicious on their own; together they’re just magic!
Time for this week’s Thankful Thursday! Today we are featuring a project from one of our pattern designs, Chris Hoover of Whirligig Designs. One of the first projects featured in our Free Projects Program, our Box Trot Quilt by Whirligig Designs continues to be a favorite! The linear, box-y design of our Box Trot Quilt makes it perfect for highlighting many different fabric designs into one quilt. This quilt gives the sewer a lot of creative freedom to match different colors and designs together, to create a beautifully uniform look. We’ve used our Box Trot quilt to highlight different fabric collections, but love the idea of using it as a modern graduating or collage quilt too.
We decided to have our Box Trot Quilt sewn up in one of our Fall 2014 collections, Wildflowers by Alisse Courter. The warm peach, chartreuse, and grey tones work wonderfully together in this block quilt. Chris quilted Box Trot for us, and gosh, it looks so pristine and perfect in person – just as it does in our template (but better!). Chris is an extremely talented quilter; the floral quilting works perfectly with Wildflowers. The result is a gorgeous, clean-looking quilt that would add a great pop of color to any feminine space.
Thank you SO much, Chris, for the incredible quilt pattern and for sewing the physical quilt for us. We absolutely LOVE it! You can find the free PDF printout for the Box Trot Quilt on our website here. As well, be sure to check out more from Chis on her website. And with that, have a terrific day!

Hi everyone,
Happy Tuesday! We hope you all are feeling great today. Happy St. Patrick’s Day!! Also, it’s the last day to enter our Scented FQ Bundle Giveaway, so be sure to check it out here if you haven’t yet.
It’s also time for this week’s How To’s Day! Today we are featuring our tutorial for our Fringed Wall Quilt by Made by Marion – an absolutely stunning quilt that is a work of art. We’ve used different fabric patterns in fun, geometric alignments to create an ornate and modern design, and the fringe adds that extra bit of oomph. Our fringed wall quilt is definitely nicely sized, and therefore would be a showstopper piece for that blank wall space “you don’t really know what to do with yet” ;)
It would also look fantastic above a bed or chest of drawers – wall decor at its finest! We’ve featured our fringed wall quilt with our Botanical Collection, and adore how rich and earthy the designs look together in the quilt.
Oh, isn’t it just beautiful? We’re obsessed!! Want to make your own Fringed Wall Quilt? Click MORE to see the full tutorial.

Hi everyone,
Happy Monday! We hope you all had a fantastic weekend. It snowed here this weekend, so that was sort of a bittersweet moment. Spring is this Friday, but we’re still crossing our fingers! We’re also hosting our Scented FQ Bundle Giveaway this week, so be sure to enter here.
Time for our Moody Monday! This week, we are featuring our Paradise by Alisse Courter for Camelot Fabrics Collection. Paradise is our festive collection of gorgeous florals, delicate leaves, and medallions in a fun orange, bright pink, and purple color combination. Rich, playful, and vivacious in mood, our Paradise Collection would look beautiful in a colorful, girl’s bedroom or playful skirt. Twirling around in all these wondrous colors has us longing for those hot, sunny “paradise” days.
Louis Vuitton’s 2013 Fall/Winter RTW Collection was broody and mysterious, with its warm earth tones in luxurious fabrics, such as velvet, sateen, lace, and animal skin. Vuitton’s collection reminds us of an old black-and-white film, with the cropped black hair and dark red lips, in hollywood-esque silhouettes. We loved the fun, added textures of ostrich feathers, fur, and tweed – a mix of a lot, but looks fantastic together. We especially adored the ditsy, floral prints which were reminiscent of our Paradise Collection. You can check out the full collection from the show here.
We hope we have inspired you with this week’s Moody Monday! We’d love to know what prints and colors you’re excited by for Spring. Have an awesome day, everyone! :)
