Have you seen the new colors for our Mixology and Fresh Solids collections?
Our Blush and Dark Taupe colors are just perfect additions to our basics.
I don’t know about you, but I have found that taupe has become my new go to color when I need a blender fabric! What used to be white became black, than brown and navy blue. But now it’s all about taupe. And I have to admit that the blush is really a nice contrast to the taupe. My husband actually looked at these colors and said: “Nice”. That’s a really good sign!
I have already downloaded the swatches onto my EQ7 software and it’s now on my list of to do’s for the summer!
Would love to know what you think of these colors!

Happy Monday!
I hope you had a fantastic weekend and that you were able to get some time to craft or sew. We would love to see what you have made so send us a picture for our Fan Friday blog!
On to our Moody Monday!
This week we are featuring our Finding Dory Collection by the Camelot Design Studio for Disney. This fabric collection is simply adorable and I must admit that I have been having fun sewing projects with this line for a while.
My kids are too young to have seen the Disney•Pixar Finding Nemo movie on the big screen but it doesn’t stop them from knowing all the fun characters and they are just ecstatic as I promised to bring them to see the movie on the big screen when released on June 17. And you will all be happy to know that you can also get the beautiful collection in your local quilt shop now!

Happy Monday everyone!
We hope you are all having a beautiful start to the week. We are heading out to Spring Quilt Market later this week and we have LOTS of great projects that will be featured during the show. Posts will be coming your way as of Friday, so make sure to follow our Blog, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest to stay connected!.
On to our Moody Monday!
This week we are featuring our Mama & Me Collection by Andrea Turk from Cinnamon Joe Studio. This new collection is really trendy as it has foxes, hedgehogs and bears. The teal and mustard colors are simply perfect.
Now I have seen many projects made using this collection and they are all too adorable. It will be difficult to choose only one for our How To’s day. If you are planning a forest-themed nursery than this is it! Imagine a bumper set, changing mat and why not a teepee?
Be sure to check out the full collection of Mama & Me Collection in your local quilt shop. Click here to find the one nearest your home.

Happy Monday!
I hope you had a fantastic weekend and that you were able to get some time to craft or sew. I got to spend two hours again in my sewing room as a Mother’s day gift! I prepared a project that I am sure you will love… but that will be for Father’s day coming in June. We would love to see what you have made so send us a picture for our Fan Friday blog!
On to our Moody Monday!
This week we are featuring our Disney Winnie the Pooh Collection by the Camelot Design Studio. This fabric collection features the charming characters from Winnie the Pooh in very modern colorways: grey, mineral blue and chamomile yellow.
© Disney. Based on the “Winnie the Pooh” works by A.A. Milne and E.H. Shepard.
I am tempted to sew up Fleece-Lined Baby Shoes with this collection, and why not a complete set of sheets and curtains for a nursery. What would you make?

Hi everyone
Hope you had a fantastic weekend!
I had a tough one! I finished closing my quilt shop which was a bittersweet moment. I had opened the shop twelve years ago as I wanted to take time off my career to have kids. Now that I have three wonderful boys that are all in school, I felt the urge to get back on track with my career. So here I am now at Camelot Fabrics.
But on Sunday night, I was very sore from moving so much furniture and boxes (I still have no idea where I will store all my lovely quilts!) so I indulged in a bubble bath with soothing lavender. Who can resist lavender? As I relaxed, I started thinking of my next day at work and I chose at that instant what would be featured on our moody Monday blog:
The Lavishmnint collection
By Jackie McFee
This collection will surely be a hit in your next project. I can just imagine a baby quilt or summer dress and why not make pin cushions filled with lavender scented ground walnut shells.
Be sure to check out the full collection of Lavishmint in your local quilt shop. Click here to find the one nearest your home.
Let us know what you think of the collection and what you would make with it!
