August is probably my favorite month out of the year. First of all it’s the month that has the most birthdays in my agenda! Not only was I born in August, but as time goes by I realize that a lot of people I know are also from that month. Within two weeks, I celebrate over 12 birthdays! And would you believe me if I’d say that I share my very own birthday with three other friends! So my birthday has never been about me but more about friends and family rejoicing that we survived yet another year!

You might have read our Thankful Thursday blog thanking the quilt shop owners for stopping by our booth during Spring Quilt Market. The booth was so nice we had many compliments. But we couldn’t have done it without the help of very talented individuals and in the coming blogs I hope to present everyone that have helped us.

Remember our Moody Monday blog where I mentioned I wanted my 6 year old son to make a pillowcase for Father’s day? Well, I’ve decided to break it down for you with pictures so you can prepare one this coming weekend and be ready for Father’s day next Sunday.
