HOW TO’S DAY: ROSE QUARTZ & SERENITY NECKTIE
July 5th, 2016 by Camelot Fabrics
The summer is now here and it is safe to say that my family is now officially in casual mode. They want to wear simple, comfortable clothe and I am all for nice summer dresses. You’ve seen many posts featuring our wonderful collection as such. But I know some of us have had graduations and will have weddings to go to. If you’re like me, than you’ll want to bring some of those fun fabrics with you even if it is a bit more formal.
Well that won’t be a problem! We have a great DIY project featuring a necktie and you can match it with an easy handkerchief: use a 12-1/2″ square ruler to cut yourself a nice square fabric. Once cut, you can make a double fold or a quick zig-zag around the edges… do I dare say do nothing and just make it look nice in the side pocket? Whatever works best for you!
You can downland the DIY of the necktie here.
We used the up-coming Rose Quartz & Serenity collection from Jackie McFee to make this DIY project.
